- Oversee system integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise applications.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality, best practices, and optimization strategies.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for Workday implementations and enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Solution Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and business processes.
- Experience with system integration and data migration strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
