Seeking a Workday HCM Program Manager for a contract role in Boston. This position focuses on leading Workday HCM implementations and managing related projects within the People Operations department.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Workday HCM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with a focus on Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR processes.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
