Experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant skilled in configuring core HR modules, designing business processes, building reports and integrations, and delivering data‑driven insights for enterprise workforce transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits) to meet client business requirements.
- Analyze existing HR processes, design optimized workflows, and translate functional needs into system specifications.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts for actionable insights.
- Design and implement integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, or Cloud Connect.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Workday HCM solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to map them to Workday functionality.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Report Designer, Prism Analytics) and integration technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Relevant Workday certification(s) preferred.
