Software Engineer
Lead Workday HCM and reporting initiatives, designing and maintaining dashboards, data models, and ad‑hoc reports to drive HR analytics and operational efficiency using SQL and BI tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM reports and dashboards to support HR and finance stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load data from Workday and external sources using SQL and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure report accuracy.
- Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and decision‑making.
- Document report specifications, data definitions, and maintenance procedures for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM and reporting modules.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and transformation.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, global environment is a plus.
