Product Manager
Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions as a Product Owner, driving agile development, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for Workday HCM modules, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and work closely with development and configuration teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
- Configure Workday HCM components (core HR, talent, compensation, time‑tracking) and validate solutions through testing and user acceptance.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM, with a strong functional background.
- Proven product ownership experience in an agile environment, including backlog management and sprint delivery.
- Excellent analytical and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex HR processes into system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
