About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with HR processes.
- Lead functional analysis sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate HR business needs.
- Design and execute data migration plans, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation for Workday implementation.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HR functional roles, with strong knowledge of core HR modules.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and reports.
- Experience with data migration, data quality, and integration concepts within Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business partners.
