About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and architecture for Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Configure Workday modules (HR, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting) and develop custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map and optimize business processes, providing functional expertise throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and test plans.
- Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and maintain documentation for solution design and configuration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Architect or senior consultant.
- Deep knowledge of Workday core modules, integration methods, and data migration strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience leading end‑to‑end implementations and managing project deliverables.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Finance) is highly desirable.
