Software Engineer
Workday Functional Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing cloud‑based ERP solutions, troubleshooting production issues, configuring finance modules, and executing end‑to‑end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for the Production Workday environment, including issue triage and resolution.
- Configure and maintain Workday Finance applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Design, execute, and document end‑to‑end testing for integrations, reports, and business processes across Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist with system upgrades, new releases, and the development of enhancements to improve overall ERP performance.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday Finance modules.
- Proficiency with cloud‑based ERP tools such as Adaptive Planning and Coupa.
- Strong analytical skills to assess user needs and define functional requirements.
- Experience performing integration testing and validating complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, production environment.
