About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Workday Financials subject matter expert, guiding design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead clients through discovery, design workshops, and full implementation cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and execute integration solutions between Workday and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday Financials modules (Accounting, Procurement, Expense, etc.).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and mentor junior consultants.
- Relevant certifications in Workday Financials and integration technologies are a plus.
