Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Workday Financials and data subject‑matter expert, guiding clients through design, migration, and post‑go‑live phases.
- Architect and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to optimize data models, reporting, and integration points within Workday.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders and internal consultants.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions in Workday data management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Financials implementations, focusing on data migration and validation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex data projects on time and within scope.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Workday certification (Financials or Data Management) is highly desirable.
