About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data migration activities for Workday Financials projects, extracting, transforming, and loading finance data from legacy systems.
- Design and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and integration points.
- Provide guidance on data optimisation, governance, and reporting within the Workday Financials environment.
- Support clients throughout implementation phases, including design workshops, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Financials data structures and implementation methodologies.
- Strong background in data migration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts, especially general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to work independently and across multiple client engagements in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for mentoring junior team members.
