Software Engineer
Workday Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and extensions using Workday Studio, EIB, XpressO, and SQL to support HR and finance processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields with Workday Report Designer.
- Develop and enhance business logic using XpressO and Workday Business Process Framework.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks using SQL and Workday data sources.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Workday configurations.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Workday integrations and custom reports.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, XpressO, and Workday Business Process Framework.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
