Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Workday system enhancements and new functionalities.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and Workday system configuration.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data.
- Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
