Work From Home- Bilingual Spanish Senior Fraud Recovery Coordinator-Complex Claims

As a Senior Fraud Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex claims, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and prevent fraudulent activity, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires strong communication and technical skills, including proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning, as well as experience with AWS. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning, with experience with AWS.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Spanish.
