Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Web Developer with 1–3 years of experience who has strong hands-on expertise in WordPress development . WordPress is the core technology for this role, and the candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of developing, customising, optimising, and maintaining WordPress websites.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects independently from requirement gathering to deployment, communicating confidently with clients, and collaborating with the Digital Marketing team to deliver websites that are visually appealing, technically sound, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complete website development projects from start to finish.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, responsive, and high-performing websites.
• Develop custom WordPress websites using industry best practices.
• Build websites using Elementor and customise themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Create landing pages optimised for lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites.
• Ensure websites are mobile responsive, secure, SEO-friendly, and optimised for speed.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
• Perform testing, debugging, quality checks, and deployment.
• Work closely with designers and the Digital Marketing team to ensure every website aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
• Provide post-launch maintenance and support.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills

The candidate must have strong, practical knowledge of WordPress .
