Seasoned Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end integration of an ERP system with the Manhattan WMi warehouse management platform in a distribution center, driving multi‑track delivery, stakeholder alignment, and agile execution.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle integration of ERP software with the Manhattan WMi WMS across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including IT, operations, and third‑party vendors—to align technical designs, data flows, and testing activities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement throughout the project.
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting status updates, and escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP integrations within warehouse or distribution center environments.
- Proven expertise with Manhattan WMi or similar WMS platforms and familiarity with ERP suites (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
