Wireless RF Engineer - Synaxis Informatic Tech Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate RF solutions for NB‑IoT, BLE, LoRaWAN, and Wi‑Fi devices.
• Conduct RF testing, spectrum analysis, and performance measurements to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and interference issues in field deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RF modules into networked products.
• Provide technical support and training to field engineers and customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in wireless RF engineering or strong theoretical background.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) and simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of wireless standards, modulation schemes, and networking protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel up to 25% across India.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
