Senior Wireless Network Engineer responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing 5G/LTE networks, driving performance improvements and ensuring compliance across consumer and business services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of 5G and LTE wireless networks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain RF planning models, coverage maps, and capacity forecasts to support network expansion and densification.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices for wireless infrastructure.
- Analyze network performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to improve throughput and reduce latency.
- Provide technical guidance on vendor equipment, integration, and testing procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G/LTE technologies.
- Proficiency in RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave, or equivalent) and network performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of wireless standards, spectrum management, and network architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
