Wireless Bluetooth Software Engineer, Wireless Technologies & Ecosystems - Apple

The Core Bluetooth team is looking for a motivated software engineer to design, implement, and maintain next generation connectivity solutions. You are responsible for crafting and developing world changing wireless protocols such as exposure notifications on the very latest Apple products. Description You will be challenged with unique problems: building and developing software solutions for the current and next generation of products and accessories. Responsibilities: Participate in the software integration of new Bluetooth features into Apple's premier products Develop and support software integration of new Bluetooth hardware into products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and feature launches Preferred Qualifications You're self-motivated and dedicated with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while authoritatively driving multiple projects across many teams. You're obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to pursue everyday problems in innovative ways. You're laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers. Bluetooth or/and other wireless communication experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. You have very strong C++, C and embedded software skills. You have excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, programming and debugging skills. Experience with AI tools, Claude and workflows. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,300 and $263,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
