Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for Wintel environments, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement scripts for automation of routine tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new Wintel infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wintel Technical Services Engineer with expert-level knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services.
- Strong experience with server virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is highly desirable.
