Systems Engineer
Manage and support Windows infrastructure, including servers, Active Directory, and virtualization, using PowerShell automation and SCCM for patching, while ensuring compliance with security and ITIL processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage Active Directory objects, group policies, and authentication services.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks, deployments, and reporting.
- Support VMware virtual infrastructure, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Utilize SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and asset inventory.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management while adhering to security clearance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration and server hardening.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms.
- Experience with SCCM, patch management, and ITIL service management processes.
