Systems Engineer
We're looking for a Systems Engineer focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This mid level role requires 1+ years of relevant experience.
About the role
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), ensuring stability, security, and availability.
- Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide support for critical production environments, meeting SLAs and operational requirements.
- Perform system maintenance activities such as patching, updates, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Support system automation, documentation, and change execution following ITIL best practices.
- 1+ years of experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience supporting production environments under defined SLAs.
- Knowledge of patch management, system updates, event analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Basic experience with PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, documentation, and change management practices.
- Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication and documentation.
- Experience with virtualized and cloud environments such as VMware and Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure to Windows services such as IIS, file services, and print services.
- Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to operational detail.
