Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related software.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows-based systems and applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and Group Policy.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
