This role focuses on building and enhancing high-performance Windows applications that power a modern software platform used by a broad range of users. You will be responsible for designing and delivering new features while improving the stability, performance, and usability of existing systems. The environment is highly collaborative, combining product thinking with deep technical execution, where engineers are encouraged to understand the “why” behind every feature. You will work extensively with Windows-native technologies, contributing to complex desktop applications built in C# and WPF. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Windows-based software solutions, contributing to both new feature development and long-term platform improvements.

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF
• Develop and deliver new product features while ensuring performance, stability, and usability standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across application layers
• Contribute to architectural decisions, refactoring efforts, and long-term codebase health
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Interface with native components where necessary, including C/C++ integrations
• Optimize application performance, particularly in graphics, media, and resource-intensive workflows
• Participate in code reviews and support engineering best practices across the team

Requirements
