Seeking a Windows Platform SRE Engineer to manage and automate infrastructure as a service. Expertise in Windows Server, cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable Windows-based infrastructure as a service (IaaS) solutions.
- Develop and implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and resilience.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SRE practices and tooling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role with a focus on Windows platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
