About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Windchill implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead integration of Windchill with ERP, PLM, and cloud services, designing robust data flows and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define solution architecture, performance benchmarks, and security controls.
- Drive continuous improvement through agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
- Mentor developers and stakeholders on best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting Windchill/PLM solutions in large enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of PTC product suite, including Windchill, Teamcenter, and associated APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
- Proficiency in integration patterns, RESTful services, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
