About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Windchill solutions, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Lead process re‑engineering efforts to optimize product lifecycle workflows and improve data governance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and embed them into Windchill processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics to monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and deploying Windchill architectures in large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration of AI/ML services.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Windchill, PLM, or cloud platforms are a plus.
