About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models for demand forecasting and capacity planning across thousands of branches and call centers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions, selecting appropriate statistical and ML techniques.
- Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows using SQL, Python, and AWS services.
- Validate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to improve accuracy and operational impact.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, time‑series analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience building production‑grade ML pipelines and deploying models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision makers.
