About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards to support labor optimization initiatives across the retail network.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and drive data‑driven decision making.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for reporting.
- Build and automate recurring reports and ad‑hoc analyses using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership on workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a large retail or workforce management environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with workforce management or scheduling systems is a plus.
