Software Engineer
Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining RPA and AI solutions within a dynamic system engineering environment, leveraging Python and UiPath to automate business processes and support infrastructure administration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop RPA workflows using UiPath and Python scripts.
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automated processes across client environments.
- Assist in system administration tasks, including server configuration, user access management, and performance tuning.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and scripting in Python.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
