What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Define the product vision and prioritized roadmap for wealth lending products aligned with the bank’s wealth strategy.
• Lead requirements gathering, credit policy inputs, pricing models, digital journeys, and system integrations from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance, such as utilization rate and margin income, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Work closely with Credit Risk and Operations to embed credit limits, collateral management, margin calls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Provide ad hoc support as assigned.

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing wealth lending products (e.g., portfolio lending, premium financing) within wealth management, private banking, or retail banking. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager title.
