About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps and DBA professionals to provide weekend coverage (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) as a Weekend DevOps Engineer.
- Enhance existing infrastructure and streamline deployment processes across 6 current countries and future expansions.
- Holistically improve DevOps infrastructure, focusing on cost reduction, efficient environment provisioning, and reduced response times.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code for scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on infrastructure management and automation.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
