Product Manager
Lead the growth of a high‑traffic financial web platform, driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through data‑driven product decisions, UX improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the website, prioritising features that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Analyse user behaviour, traffic metrics, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high‑impact experiments and feature releases.
- Define and track KPIs, create dashboards, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Champion a data‑first culture, ensuring decisions are backed by quantitative evidence and user research.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or fintech environment, with a proven track record of scaling web products.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with SQL, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with agile development cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Passion for financial technology and a customer‑centric mindset.
