About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch new websites and high‑converting landing pages using modern front‑end technologies.
- Audit and remediate existing sites—fix broken links, outdated code, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies, A/B testing, and analytics tracking to improve user engagement and ROI.
- Integrate AI‑powered tools for content personalization, chatbots, and automated insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals, provide technical guidance, and deliver actionable performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full‑stack web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React or Vue).
- Strong background in website performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing tools, and data‑driven decision making.
- Familiarity with AI tools for web personalization, content generation, or automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication with clients.
