ROLE
We're seeking a versatile Website Developer & Designer to build, customize, and maintain websites for Nexus Marketing's clients and Foundry for Good's family of brands. This is primarily a building role with a strong design sensibility — someone who can take a project from concept (or a designer's mockup, or a client's brand guidelines) to a polished, high-performing live site.
You'll own website creation, theme customization, and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of sites built on WordPress and Webflow. Deep expertise in one of the two is a great starting point, with willingness to grow into the other. You'll work primarily within themes and visual editors rather than writing custom code from scratch, though comfort with HTML/CSS to fine-tune and troubleshoot is essential.
This is an ideal role for a mid-level web developer/designer who takes pride in craft, builds with performance and SEO in mind, and can juggle both new builds and recurring maintenance across many sites. You'll join client calls and present your work, while account managers own the
day-to-day
relationships.
