We are looking for an experienced Website Designer / Front End Developer to join our team in Pitampura, Delhi. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing and building responsive websites and e-commerce platforms, combines strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on front-end coding ability, and is comfortable using AI tools to work faster and deliver higher-quality results.
This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office role for someone who can take a website project from concept to launch — design it AND build it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages from concept through to final, live product
- Build and maintain e-commerce websites — product pages, category pages, cart and checkout flow, payment gateway integration, and catalog management
- Translate business requirements and brand guidelines into clean UI/UX designs and working front-end code
- Write clean, efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and fast page-load speed
- Use AI design and development tools to speed up wireframing, prototyping, content creation, and coding
- Apply basic SEO best practices (page structure, meta tags, image optimization, site speed)
- Coordinate with management and marketing teams to align the website with business and branding goals
- Test, debug, and maintain existing websites; resolve issues across devices and browsers
- Stay updated on design trends, front-end technologies, and new AI tools
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Website Designer, UI/UX Designer, and/or Front End Developer
- Strong portfolio with live website work, especially e-commerce projects
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with solid responsive design skills
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), or Magento
- Strong UI/UX design skills — wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Git (version control) and basic SEO principles
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work, such as Figma AI, Framer AI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude, and Midjourney/Canva AI
- Strong attention to detail — pixel-perfect layouts, consistent typography, and brand-consistent design
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with the team, not just from a design brief
Good to Have:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React
- Experience with page builders such as Elementor
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / conversion optimization
