Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical execution of various Web3 and blockchain projects within the incubator's portfolio.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams in the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure successful project delivery.
- Evaluate and integrate new blockchain technologies and protocols to enhance project capabilities.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of developed blockchain solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer in the blockchain/Web3 space.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development (e.g., Solidity), and Web3 architecture.
- Experience with project management methodologies and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with cryptography and secure coding practices for decentralized systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
