Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for Web3 and cryptocurrency transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Reconcile cryptocurrency transactions and manage digital asset accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.
