About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog for the international website, aligning features with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and publishing teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the publishing ecosystem, ensuring the platform showcases books across print, digital, and audio formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital publishing or media environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands‑on experience managing backlogs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and editorial teams.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, UX principles, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
