About The Role

As our Web Experience Manager, you'll manage ScalePad 's most important digital experience, our website.

More than a marketing channel, our website is where prospects form first impressions, partners discover our solutions, customers deepen their engagement, and future Rocketeers decide whether they want to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, trust, and innovation behind the ScalePad brand.

You'll manage the website end-to-end, leading its strategy, user experience, designs, and ongoing optimization. You'll help shape how ScalePad is discovered across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered experiences, while continuously improving performance through data, experimentation, and thoughtful design.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally strategic and hands-on. You're passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, have a strong eye for design, understand modern web technologies, and love using data to make experiences better.
