Requirements
- Experience leading web engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with React Testing Library and Cypress.
- Understanding of modern web team operations and AI integration.
- Ability to balance new development with legacy system maintenance.
