Orbitwise is an education and career services company building a technology-enabled ecosystem across international education, test preparation, language training and career development.

As we scale our digital operations, we are looking for a Web Development & Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our website infrastructure, CRM integrations, marketing technology and business automation systems.

The Role

This is a hands-on technology role with responsibility for maintaining and improving the systems that connect Orbitwise’s website, marketing campaigns, CRM, communication channels and sales operations.

The successful candidate will inherit an existing technology stack and will be responsible for ensuring that it remains reliable, secure, scalable and properly documented.

The role combines web development, API integrations, CRM automation and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Web Application Management

• Manage, maintain and continuously improve Orbitwise’s websites and landing pages.
• Develop new pages, features and conversion-focused campaign experiences.
• Troubleshoot frontend, backend and deployment issues.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast and reliable across devices.
• Manage production deployments through GitHub and Vercel.
• Maintain appropriate development, staging and production workflows.
• Manage domains, DNS configurations, environment variables and related infrastructure.

CRM & Business Automation

Own and optimise the workflows connecting:

Marketing → Lead Capture → CRM → Communication → Counsellor → Follow-Up → Conversion

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead capture and CRM synchronisation.
• Automated lead assignment and routing.
• Lead lifecycle and status-based workflows.
• Counsellor notifications and task automation.
• Demo-class registration and reminder workflows.
• Automated follow-up and lead-nurturing journeys.
• Re-engagement workflows for inactive leads.
• Conversion and payment-triggered automation.

Zoho CRM & Systems Integration

• Manage and optimise Orbitwise’s Zoho CRM implementation.
• Develop workflows, triggers, functions and integrations.
• Integrate websites and landing pages with the CRM.
• Connect advertising platforms and lead-generation channels.
• Integrate communication platforms with CRM workflows.
• Maintain accurate lead-source and campaign attribution.
• Troubleshoot integration and synchronisation issues.
