Accountabilities:

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and dashboard solutions. The role requires collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform reporting needs into reliable, scalable products. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop enterprise dashboard applications focused on usability, performance, and business impact.
• Build responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React with TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases to support application performance and reporting requirements.
• Integrate Power BI and other data visualization platforms into enterprise applications.
• Develop REST APIs and data services to support dashboard functionality and system integrations.
• Create executive dashboards, KPI reporting solutions, analytics dashboards, and interactive data visualizations.
• Optimize application performance, dashboard responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with leadership teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure development practices follow quality, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack web development, dashboard creation, and data visualization solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
