About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify themes and plugins from scratch.
- Build and integrate robust APIs to connect web applications with third‑party services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure code.
- Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
- Document development processes and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in PHP and JavaScript development.
- Proven expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of theme and plugin architecture, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Hands‑on experience with API design, RESTful services, and third‑party integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
