About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of web projects.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software features.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile coaching role.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage project timelines.
