About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Web Developer to build and maintain websites, dashboards, portals, and applications. The role involves working with WordPress, HTML, and modern AI‑assisted coding tools to deliver functional, high‑performing products. This is a hands‑on position where you will take ideas from concept to live deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- WordPress development — customize and maintain websites, portals, and applications.
- Dashboard creation — design interactive tools to present data and support operations.
- Front‑end coding — write clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- AI‑assisted coding — use tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot responsibly.
- API integration — connect forms, tracking, and third‑party tools.
- Performance optimization — ensure speed, SEO fundamentals, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Version control — maintain clear documentation with Git.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands‑on web/app development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with dashboards, portals, or web applications.
- Practical exposure to AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
- Understanding of responsive design and web performance.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and basic hosting/deployment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PHP (WordPress) or JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue).
- Experience with WooCommerce/e‑commerce builds.
- Database and API integration.
- Basic UI/UX sensibility (Figma).
- SEO and analytics knowledge (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
