Leads the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a major website. Applies advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
You Have:
5+ years of experience of developing websites or web applications
5+ years of experience using JavaScript and PHP
Experience writing source code for new applications or reviewing, generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications or software
Knowledge of database systems and MySQL
Ability to work across both front‑end and back‑end development, including user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs, to deliver complete solutions
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or 8+ years of experience in Web Development or Software Engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience using content management systems, such as Joomla
Experience with AWS
Experience project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
Experience with front‑end frameworks and fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility
Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of CMS plug-ins and extensions
Knowledge of building, enhancing, web application, or API
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
