About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze functional business applications and create detailed design specifications for areas such as finance, grants, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop block diagrams, logic flow charts, and technical designs that translate business needs into scalable web solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET while integrating with SQL databases.
- Perform unit testing, debug issues, and refine software to meet performance and reliability targets.
- Produce comprehensive program‑level and user‑level documentation and support knowledge‑transfer activities.
- Continuously enhance existing applications to improve operating efficiency and reduce processing time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development, preferably with enterprise‑level applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET framework, and SQL database development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
- Experience in creating technical diagrams, flowcharts, and clear documentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams.
