Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Web and Search Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving our search engine visibility, driving qualified organic traffic, and ensuring our content is optimized to meet the needs of our target audience. You’ll partner closely with our product, sales, content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to execute Search and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO) strategies that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
What You Will Do as a Web & Search Specialist
Develop, implement, and manage SEO/GEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for new content and site optimization. Perform site audits, analyze crawl reports, and partner with our web developers to resolve technical SEO/GEO issues. Optimize landing pages, website copy, and blog content for search visibility and user intent. Track and report on SEO/GEO performance metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions) with clear insights and recommendations. Monitor algorithm updates, competitor activity, and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and product marketers to ensure best SEO/GEO practices are integrated into all initiatives. Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and partnerships.
What You Will Bring as A Web & Search Specialist
5–7 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4). Hands-on experience with technical SEO (crawlability, site speed, structured data, XML sitemaps). Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search
