Analyze web traffic and experiment results, design and run A/B tests, and deliver actionable insights using Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools to optimize digital experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate website and product changes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large web‑traffic datasets using Python and SQL.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate test outcomes and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical methods to ensure test validity, calculate significance, and interpret results.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to create clear, compelling visualizations and dashboards for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven mindset.
